Self Care Sundays are events that bring women together and allow them to take time for themselves. Connections are made and sharing of journeys are encouraged to develop mindful practices that bring about relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation are one of the goals.
Each event will kick off with a short time to meet and greet before an all levels yoga practice, followed by meditation and journaling.
Please bring your journal with you but if you don't have one, you can get one at Daybreak Yoga.
