Yoga for Runners

Yoga can decrease injuries and improve the health and strength of muscles. If muscles are tense, they can have trouble receiving enough blood to flush toxins plus rejuvenate and repair them. Stretching improves the muscles access to healthy blood and oxygen. This 60-minute class will use specific yoga poses to help the body rebound from intense training for upcoming races.
