Kashmere will begin the evening with prompted journaling and the 90-minute restorative class. As the class ends, we will practice a stream of consciousness journaling exercise followed by a discussion with light refreshments.
This event is not for women only. All yoga students are welcome to attend. Bring your own journals or purchase one at the studio for $5.
