Prenatal Yoga is for women who preparing for birth but also want to maintain their physical wellness. It is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. It can improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength, flexibility, & endurance of muscles during childbirth.
This series is taught by Ebony Rollins who is a prenatal yoga teacher and doula. She creates a beautiful experience for women.
