Daybreak Yoga presents Baldeep Singh Pooni, of Richmond, Virginia for a weekend of Special Events and Workshops to kickoff our Men’s Wellness Month! Join us for this single event or the entire weekend!
This workshop will start with activating and awakening your bandhas, energetic locks, your fingers, toes, core, shoulders, arm, and legs. The activation and priming of the various muscles will take approximately 10-15 minutes, from here we will proceed into some brief back bending. We will proceed into shoulder stands and their variations. The final poses will be handstand variations. For all levels. Curious and open-minded are encouraged to attend.
Open to all yogis but we are extending a special invitation to the men in our lives to come out and learn about this powerful ancient practice.
