Where: Casa Alternavida in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, about 30 minutes from San Juan
What: Adventure Retreat that includes beach trips, a waterfall hike, daily yoga, an empowerment session, Awakening workshops, cacao ceremony, and time in nature
